A Life Size Statue of a Predator: Metal Art

There is a lot of work put behind the one final creation of a scrap sculptor like a Predator Statue. All the parts used in the build seem as if fitted very easily. Regardless the size of the sculpture, a team of highly skilled welders is set to work out the random sketches for the projects. The sketches are revised several times before the green signal is given to them.

It can be a tricky task for the crew to get out to the yards across the city looking for the suitable metal components.  Every metal work factory has given this responsibility to a separate team that source the material required from the local scrap yards. If one is supposed to meet the high standards of workmanship, the material sourced from yards cannot be put to use directly.

The scrap metals have huge deposits of dust and oil on them. The team has to clean it off. If sterilizing the metal does not suffice, the material is brought to burning the oil off. The Metal Artist, now, use their experience and skills to make sure that the material fixed in the body of the figure doesn’t make the whole thing collapsed. The sculpture has to manage an elegant appearance while being able to stand as positioned.
